Finally!

Dh finally sold his piece of equipment, left over from his business, today. He's been trying to sell it off and on for a year or more.  And he got his $4500 asking price!  WOOHOO!!  Now if I can keep him from spending most of it - we can pay my Mom fully off what we owe her...and that will help the monthly budget by getting rid of that monthly payment.  But I'm not holding my breath on him not spending it.  He's been wanting to buy a used pickup that he can haul stuff in and pull a trailer with, so it won't surprise me if he suddenly comes up with that idea again :-(

Update:  Dh gave me the money to pay off my mom :-)
