All Clear

Got a phone call from my broker this morning on my way to work.....ALL CLEAR TO CLOSE!!!!

THANK GOD! Closing is scheduled for next Thursday the 29th. Closing on our house is supposed to be Tuesday the 27th.

I think we might finally get there!

    Congratulations!!! I swear reading about getting this place was my stressful than buying mine haha. That is wonderful news.

      The druggies are still going here daily, it's been better on our street, but behind us is still the walk up window situation. CANNOT wait to be away from all this.
