Yay for Friday

DH is going to over do it today. He needs to mow and then apply the lawn fertilizer, all in the same day.  asked why he just could wait and do the fertilizer spreading tomorrow, but he had some reason about the lawn needing to not be watered 2 days before and then needing to be done after, so it would be too long in between watering.  

Today is a half work day. The office is back to closing at noon before a holiday. Yay. I have missed those extra half days. And I'm not back to work until next Wednesday. Even better. The weather is going to be nice and low 80's. I'll need to find some movies for dh and I to watch. We've been watching some that I have saved to my YoutubeTV library, but I'm running out. It's also hard to pick stuff he would like. When dd was here we watched Second Hand Lions. One of my favorites, though I haven't seen it in years and I think I've only watched it once before. Both of them enjoyed it and dh always likes Robert Duvall. Maybe dh will keep busy watching some races online. I'm sure there will be some going on this weekend.

I happened to see this coffee mug in my Facebook Marketplace ad feed. I'm like OMG. that is SO our owner, who is retiring! I took a screen shot of it and messaged my boss that this made me laugh and think of him. She's like Oh! I have to get that for him! Send the link. I said it's so him,  isn't it?! Then she said "well, I'd have to leave it anonymously". LOL.  I wasn't sure how to send her a Marketplace link, since she doesn't have Facebook, but I found the same thing on Etsy and sent her that link.

I know he will laugh when he sees it on his desk. And me and my boss would be the very last 2 people he would guess it's from, LOL. We are the two serious money ladies, haha.
